Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy:

1. All bookings for Amantran Vilas home stay must be made online through our website or via phone.
2. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
3. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI.
4. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Check-In and Check-Out:

1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will be charged an additional fee.
3. We require a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for all guests.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

1. If cancelled 30 days or more before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
2. If cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
3. If cancelled 14 days or less before the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged.

House Rules:

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
2. Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
3. Guests are requested to keep the villa clean and tidy during their stay.
4. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa or its property during their stay.
5. Parties or events are not allowed without prior permission from the management.
6. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.

Liability:

1. Amantran Vilas will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred during your stay.
2. Guests are advised to keep their valuables in the safety locker provided in the villa.

Miscellaneous:

1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone or eject guests who violate our policies without any refund.
2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [city/region] shall have jurisdiction.
